I am 34 and weigh 175. I have been doing heroin for 15 years. I have always tested clean on a urine test within 48 hours. Drink plenty of water. My tests are for parole. It is a six panel test. This is just my personal experience.

Real Heroin is actually a mix of codeine and morphine together. The codeine is typically out of your system within 36 hrs MAX. The morphine can last for 72hrs to 5 days depending on how much water u flush with (also cranberry juice helps scub your system out). The big question is what kind of test they are going to use on u. I was on parole, got high on a wed. night and beat the parole cup test on Friday morning by flushing with water. Simalarly if its an instant cup tests with the plastic bar with litmus papers inside it is pretty easy to beat by flushin you system. The worst case scenario is if they send the test to a lab. Labs run a ten panel test and also looks for metabolites in your urine that show drug use even after the drug itelf is gone. My suggestion is to find out what kind of test you r facing then do some online research about what you r really facing. Ive been kicking a Bad heroine habbit for the last 4 days now but because the 10 panel test includes Benzos which Im prescribed I have to do it this way. otherwise ide just buy a fake urine at bridgeport news and give em a fully clean specimen for 15$.

Whether Joe is exaggerating or not, it's simply an unrealistic and unreliable time frame for anyone. No one should expect to be clean in 40 hours; No matter how much you manipulate the process. Give yourself plenty of time, at LEAST 3 - 5 days...

It normally takes me about 72 hours to get h out of my system, but I recently failed a urinalysis on a Thursday morning after smoking Sunday night.. I'm tall and skinny with a very fast metabolism. just goes to show there are many different unpredictable factors involved and its absolutely NOT worth the risk because no one can give you a perfect answer.. it's different for everyone...every time. water and exercise help a little, but not a very significant amount.
and btw, "40 hours" is COMPLETE and ABSOLUTE bullsh*t. less than 2 days to fully detox is a joke

K I'm 511 220 don't get the best stuff but I'll give u my story I smoked for maybe a month straight quarter a day not to heavy had a ua for lab have it 5 days and passed than on the 5 day being Friday I did one quarter again with a ua on a Monday will let u know results I did the water cranberry niacin thing so three nights 2 and a half days get results in 2 days

Not necessarily...drug test(depending on which one and how good it is) especially the ones you piss in....only test a certain amount of whatever drug in your system I'm going by heroin since that's what I use..the cutoff level of most drug tests that aren't super expensive is 2000 ng/mil...so in theory you could still have it in your blood and system even if you don't pop on a piss test or swab.....and for other people it takes usually 2-3 days without use to get under that cut off...sometime 11/2 if your super lucky and don't use that much...subs don't come up on those tests even though it does have an opiate in there...I'm 6'2" about 220 and did not flush my system and did not work out and used HEAVY about $160-$200 a day of H and only took me 3 days to pass tests...and since I stopped for that long I kept NOT using so I'm clean now for 2 weeks...but I know how it feels to be in withdrawals and all that it sux for the first day and a Half until subs FINALLY started to work then it wasn't that bad for a another two days then after that I haven't felt this good in soo fkn long!!! There is light at the end of the tunnel and if I can do it y'all can..I lost everything!! Family car house all of it...it's a lot harder than people think

Green tea will keep it in your system linger as its high in caffeine. Cranberry juice and water are the best two ways to flush your system. Do not use caffeinated products I.e coffee, tea, ices tea, soda..avoid at all costs during detox period.

I'm a 5'2 110 lbs female who's fairly active but a daily user...after reading ALL 10pgs of replies I just thought I'd let my story be known that for me 2 1/2ish days was clearly not long enough...so watch out!!!

Really; you make me sick. Have you ever heard the word " empathy". I was clean for 9 years and had surgery (3 to be exact) and couldn't walk for 5 months. It's hard to get clean. People wrote in for support and assistance. You shouldn't be so quick to judge you are not walking in any of the people posting shoes.

Just an FYI the "STRIP" product sold to detox your system does NOT work. Failed my test when reported yo my PO and guess what.... got those shiny silver cuffs slapped right on me! Save your money. I followed the directions to a T!
