I took one over a month before pain doctor drug tested me..ONE! 2mg and next visit doc asked me about it. So even if you take just one they can detect it for close to 6 weeks.

That is utterly ridiculous!! Clonazepam has a very short half-life, and can be detected from 3 to 6 days...maximum! Not all bentos have the same half-life. Librium, for instance, has an extremely long half-life, and can be detected for approximately 40 days. All benzodiazapenes vary in terms of how long they take to exit your system. There are also many other variables, like your diet, sugar intake, and exercise, just to name a few.

Kay, what about 4 /1 mg clonzepam on a friday, then a ua that Monday, which does ua for benzos (says right on the sheet) I didn't do any over the weekend... I'm kinda scared..tell me what u think. u seem like u would know? ?

I had to take a urine test for a CNA position in PA 3x BENZOS was overt if that drug tee at! I dunno where u git ur info but it's wrong. I still have my paper stating what I failed. Most of you guys have no idea what you are talking about; you cant even spell the drugs correctly. I have been getting drug tested every 2 weeks for over 2 years; I give myself 5-7 days and have never failed one tests. That goes for any drug except for marijuana. Xanax is the shortest; maybe 2-3 days. As a general rule and to have some sense of security I would give yourself a week to get clean. Most of the info on benzo's & drug tests is wrong, and has to do with long term diazepam (valium) use. Different benzo's have different half lives etc. Xanax, ativan, & klonopin all have pretty short half lives, so just give it a week. Im sick and tired of this 6 week crap, its a bunch of BS, or in some sense an extreme case but would usually have to do with valium.

I would love to talk with you about passing a UA for court. I have just about everything in my system with the exception of opiates, meth and acid. I've used everything within about a 5 day span. I'm assuming a UA later this week [Thurs/Fri <-more probable]. I'm looking at a possible 10 days in jail as a punishment which, I'm willing to do, I would just rather not if I can at all help it. Understand I already realize just practicing abstinence is my best bet in passing other future UAs but hey, I'm only human and s*** happens. So, with all that said, any thoughts?

I take urine tests monthly for methadone cliniic and its never been in me for more than two days....im commenting because i saw someone write if you take 6-20 mg a day 6 mg is max a doc will give 20 mg in a day will probably put you in a coma.look I have a verry high tolerance to drugs not proud of this bit if you take 20 mg a day you will likely be in hospital.the max pill size is 2 mg Average is .5 and 1 mg white yellow .5 green is 1 mg dont be dumb you will be in hospital takeing too much...
