I have been taking hydroxychloroquine 200 mg round tablets for years. They now changed to an oblong pill with HCOS. I have celiac disease and this pill is bothering my stomach. Is it gluten free

The marking is actually HCQS and it is a 200mg Hydroxychloroquine tablet, it's an antimalarial medication.

As to the inactive ingredients, I am not sure what all is considered a gluten ingredient, since I know some are hidden, so here is a list of the inactive ingredients of this tablet for anyone else looking for such information:

calcium phosphate dibasic anhydrous, hypomellose 2910, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, silicon dioxide colloidal, corn starch, magnesium silicate and titanium dioxide.
