Grinding Joints
UpdatedI am a 16 year old girl who was diagnosed with a severe vitamin D deficiency last year followed by hypermobility syndrome. For the last few days, I was having pain and a grinding sensation in my right jaw, when I consulted a doctor he said that it was because my collagen is not as strong as it was before and recommended me cartigen plus and gave me a tooth mask made of plastic . After a few days, I have noticed that I am getting the same grinding sensation in my articular capsules ( upper vertebraes of spine). I am very scared because it is spine related. Is cartigen plus going to take care of this or should I be concerned?
