Green Pill Oval With A20

Found in a drawer: green oval pill, one side scored, the other side with A20 printed on it. What is it?

Unfortunately this pill description does not show up under any of the U.S. prescription drug databases. I also tried searching a few different variations of the imprint, but no luck. Odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases.

If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. Also double check the marking if you think there's more to it than what you stated.

Do you know where this pill may have came from?

My pharmacist refuses to answer any questions about pills. The pill may have come from India or China or another foreign country.

I received green pills with A20 & half-scored from Pakistan. I forgot that I had ordered "Ambien" months before. They were stamped (Express EMS-?) from Karachi, Pakistan on 22 NOV 2010 from Raza Hameed, Plot No. 45-L-3. They arrived JFK 27 NOV from co. of origin 0373 and city of origin PK (this began the USPS dating). on 11/21/11 I received notice to pick up an express. My mailman told me it was an opened Express with pills...I stii did not remember. Then one day it was delivered with a letter from postal inspector dated December 18, 2009 saying it was received opened. No wonder the USPS is a mess. I took the pill and felt nothing. My carrier said while it was at my post office for few weeks they finally said it was an anti- histamine and to deliver it. They were hoping for an arrest.
