Have the medications been helping your blood sugar levels and your blood pressure?

Glycomet contains the active ingredient Metformin, which is an oral antidiabetic agent and the Diamicon-MR contains Gliclazide and, if someone's sugar levels are not well controlled by one or the other, it is normal for a doctor to combine them to help give you better control.

Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and flatulence.

Telpres contains the active ingredient Telmisartan, which is an ARB, used to treat high blood pressure and cardiac conditions.

Its side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach pain.

As to the Salomax, are you certain that is the correct name? Because it is not listed a being for BP, it is listed as containing Salbutamol and is used to treat breathing problems, such as COPD and Asthma.

Tanmay, what you are seeing in your stool is actually just the shell of the tablet. They are made so that the medication is slowly released over time.

There is actually a tiny hole in the tablet, that has a small covering over it that matches the rest of the tablet, so it's hard to notice. However, when you swallow it, your stomach acid dissolves that small covering.

Then, throughout the appropriate time period, tiny amounts of stomach acid and other fluids are slowly absorbed through that tiny hole, which forces the medication out into your body.

So, you have no reason to worry, all of the medication is being used as it is supposed to be.

telmipress 40 it contains telmisartan
This drug is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). High blood pressure reduction helps prevent strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems. This drug works by blocking the hormone angiotensin thereby relaxing blood vessels, causing them to widen.

HOW TO USE: Take this medication by mouth, usually once daily or as directed by your doctor. You may take this drug with or without food. Use this medication regularly in order to get the most benefit from it. To help you remember, use it at the same time each day.Do not take potassium supplements or salt substitutes containing potassium without talking to your doctor or pharmacist first. This medicine can raise your potassium levels, which rarely can cause serious side effects such as muscle weakness or very slow heartbeats. Tell your doctor immediately if these effects occur. The dosage is based on your medical condition and response to therapy. For the treatment of high blood pressure, it may take 4 weeks before the full benefit of this drug occurs. It is important to continue taking this medication even if you feel well. Most people with high blood pressure do not feel sick.
