General Drug Test Question

Out of my 45 year employment history, I have never had to take a drug screening before, so I know nothing about them. In the plain ol' urine drug screening, what are they looking for: pot, meth, crack, or are they testing more broadly for Soma, Oxycontin or Halcyon? Does it depend on the job as to what level of testing they do? My daughter had a urine drug test when she interviewed for a new job and she is on Adderal and Vyvance. She didn't even have a doctor's statement about being on them, but it didn't seem to have mattered as she was hired.
I am on a pain management regime of oxycodone, Soma, Fiorinal and Lamictal (for depression) and my doctors have given me a physician's statement that I take these medications under their care, but I'm still concerned as I need this job so badly.
I have heard there are different types of drug tests, but I would really feel better if I knew what the "standard" one was testing for. Thanks,
