Hi Rose,

The only Watson imprint that fits your physical description of the pill is Watson "853", as opposed to "333"; so I'm assuming you may have simply misread the marking.

The oblong yellow pill which you are describing contains Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate (325 mg - 10 mg). This is also known as Vicodin.

Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain.
