Foreign Pharmacy?
UpdatedIs it illegal to purchase prescription meds that aren't narcotics from a foreign pharmacy? Or just buyer beware?

Yes, if it is something that requires a prescription and you're purchasing it without, it would be considered illegal.
If you're visiting a foreign country and a medication is prescribed there, or if a foreigner is visiting the U.S., 3 months worth of a necessary medication can be carried into the U.S.
There is a special procedure that a doctor can use to obtain a medication for someone that isn't approved or available here, but these that I've mentioned are really the only legal exceptions.
Is there anything else I can help with?
