Fentanyl Patch 100mg

hi i have been on these patches for 4 months now but i still have pain

Have you consulted your doctor?

Do you have any medications for breakthrough pain?

Usually, for proper pain management, something long acting like the Fentanyl is used and then some that works immediately, or a regular release medication, is also given for those times the pain is too much for the long acting medication to completely control.

I am on 25mcgs of fentynal patches every 72 hours, plus 10/325 pecocet 1 every 4-6 hours for BT pain.The Percocet doesn't do much, and is very similar to my previous prescription of Norco and the patch isn't strong enough and runs out after 48 hours. I am going to ask for 48 hours, and 50mcgs on the patch, and switching to oxycontin for B.T. pain.Hows that sound to any serious readers?

If you want to feel great. I just stopped oxy because I started eating it like candy. People warned me, but I said " not me". I almost died when I ran out!. I cried in front of my friend. He is an addict, & he knew. He doesn't take them more than 1 to 2 days. I am back on my kratom. I took the last one last night, and I jumped for joy to be free of them this morning. Some things are just too good. Google kratom. It saved my life 2 years ago. It stopped my drinking too. Trust me my phone # is 760{edited for privacy}. ive got friends that use it istead now. I still have the patch, but if I had to pay for my meds, I would rather pay my kratom vendor.good luck, & be careful. ...

I've been on strong pain meds since 2004 prostrate bladder and stomach cancer. I was going to so many doctors they were given me so many slips to get more meds I was so doped up I was like spaghetti? I went through eight months of withdrawal I took myself off all medication and when on the suboxin against my doctor's orders. After 2 years of being on Suboxone the pain just got to worse and I had to go back on the pain meds once again at tremendous Doses and amounts. Recently put me on a high dose fentanyl patch which I have a lot of reactions to alot of medications. My doctors had me on a 60 milligram Oxycontin, 15 milligram oxycodone and a fentanyl patch. Since 2004 I've had 20 surgeries some very big ones now they want to have me we're really huge surgery which is 14 and a half hours two Dr's? They want to make me a new bladder and take out half my stomach which I am extremely scared I was up to have another surgery but this one they told me it's 50-50 NJ our hands are skilled as we are the surgeons but there's no guarantee I would make it so the choice has to be mine which I put off now for a year? I've always followed my intuition and instinct and believe me it has saved me a few times?4 surgeries on my spine one down the 7 in my neck and the lower back to the tailbone? I've had way too many cancer surgeries since 2004 but this is a big one coming up and I don't know if I can do it they want to shrink the cancers down. Which once again chemo and radiation but it's my choice I don't think I will have this done I told him I just want to be comfortable in life even if I get a few more years out of it? Stand All Too Well chronic pain I'm feeling lousy and having that pain take away so much from yourself family and friends. Is it different age today in society I just want to wish everybody well with whatever they're going through certainly is a Scary World out there today?
