Fenfuro Availability

Me and my wife are both diabetic. In spite of taking a relatively high dose of Insulin (Mixtard and Actrapid) my blood sugar is not controlled. Can it be controlled by Fenfuro? Is this medicine available in the USA, and if so, under what name? Are there any side effects of this medicine? What dose do we need to take?

I am a type 2 diabetic patient. In the morning my sugar level is usually between 124 to 134. And after eating food my sugar level comes down between 74 to 124. My HbA1C IS 6.5. I am taking GYCOMET 500 after dinner + DITROL (half tablet after b/f). Please suggest an appropriate medicine to help control my sugar level.
