Feet Burning

Am 27 years old lady suffering from burning feet since one year and after coming to Gujarat when i visited doctor he told me for IV i.e neuroswift 1 amp im - od 8 nos and also gave medicine 1) meganeurone od plus 2) tryptomer 10. Now i am much better but still not cured so please sir let me know how to get cured from this problem. And my papa is also suffering from the same problem so can i tell him to use the medicine and injection i used sir , please let me know.
