I am taking Gudfresh (A combination of escitalopram & Clonazepam)since a week as prescribed by the Physician. Earlier I was taking 0.5 Chlonazepam for the last3-4 years for Sleep Disorders but now this medication was not helping for me So the doctor Prescribed me a Combination of two I.e.Escitalopram and Clonazepam but I feel drowsiness up to AfterAfternoon.so please tell me its long term side effect & other Remedies.

Pill has a 20 on one side and a line on the other side in the middle of the pill. It's round and the pill is white. It's not as little as a Percocet 30 m box but not as big as a Percocet 512. I've read all the previous comments, and do have most of the symtoms. or side effects, Does anyone changed medications from lexam (20mgs) to something else? if so what? Need help, I found a small round white pill in my sons room one side says 20 the other side not sure its soft but can not make out any number or letter.there are no lines just a solid white pill. i am taking stalopam lite tablet,from last 45 days. Now i stopped taking it,and not sleeping for whole night. I have been on Excitalopram for about a little over a year. I was feeling tired but I could not sleep at nights or take napes because my mind was thinking and thinking and i was restless and I could not stop shacking my legs because of the restlessness. All this even though I was exercising 5 days a week. I thought I was over doing it but then I took a break for two weeks and it did not help. Does Stalopam plus also work as a sleep medicine? Apart from gaining weight, I experience terrible aches in my shoulders, knees and feet. So much so that I can't even pick up my arms. Is this a side effect from Lexamil? It helps when I use Voltaren, but as soon as I stop it gets very bad. How long should one use Lexamil? I have been using it for anxiety attacks, and I rarely experience it any more. My grandmother is taking szetalo "plus" 10 mg on a regular basis, but accidently got szetalo 10 mg ..so I'm asking if any side effect will occur or not? ## Hi Vandan, Based on my research, Szetalo contains 10mgs of the antidepressant Escitalopram. The difference is that Szetalo Plus ALSO contains 10mgs of Clonazepam; a Benzodiazepine-class drug used to treat anxiety, panic attacks, and seizures. Depending on how long she's been using Szetalo Plus for, not having the Clonazepam in her system could potentially trigger withdrawal symptoms to occur, if they haven't already. Has your grandmother given you any feedback after trying the regular Szetalo?

I have been on Escitalopram 20mg for a little over a year. Now I am tapering off. Cut back to 10mg. My entire body is in pain. I have extreme headaches. I am nauseous and have very little appetite.
