I found in my pillbox (I am a quadraplegic) a small oval pill that is scored on one side with what appears to be a 5 on one side of the score and a 4 on the other. The reverse swide of the pill is plain with an F on it. ## This tablet contains 10mgs of Escitalopram, the active ingredient in Lexapro, which is an SSRi antidepressant that also has some other medical uses. hi,i am getting RLS (restless leg syndrome) in both legs over soles and low back pain (mainly in left) and sometime knee joint (very rare). I believ these symptoms are due to some nerve disorder reasons. My nephrologist prescribed me nexito 10 once in night. I do take other BP medicines as well. I started taking Lexamil 10mg two days ago. I want to know when i should take my Lexamil (day or night) because i feel like sleeping the whole day? ## Drowsiness can be a normal side effect, according to the NIH. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and weight changes. You can take it at night, if the works better for you, unless your doctor has stated otherwise. Some people do, to avoid the drowsiness during the day. Are you on any other medications?

Hello, I've just started taking Lexam 10 escitalopram. I'm a 22 year old female being treated for depression/anxiety. I'm wondering if anyone else who has taken Lexam has experienced dilated pupils? My pupils are huge and have not died down. I've only been on it for 2 days and I had quite a bad headache for an hour or two, which has now completely gone. Apart from feeling nauseous and dizzy which I've been told is normal, I was quite concerned and wondering if it's normal? I have been on Lexamil 20mg for about 2 months now (started at 5mg and increased slowly) and unless I take it with Aterax at night then I battle to fall asleep. I also find that I have vivid dreams that leave me exhausted in the morning. Lexamil has made me feel better except for this. Should these side effects stop if I take the Lexamil in the morning? ## Have you discussed it with your doctor? I took 80mg brand name Lexapro for several years and it was a great experience. I had no adverse side effects besides it keeping me a bit more on the manic side, but i liked that. Dare i say i felt as close to happy as i ever had. During some difficult financial times my doc suggested i try the much cheaper Celexa (citalopram) which he claimed was absolutely interchangeable with Lexapro. It wasn't. It didn't do a godamn thing for me. I gave it a couple months then asked for my Lexapro back, but again decided to go the cheaper route and get the generic. What a nightmare! Headache left side only escitralopam withdrawal some nauzea ive been on the drug for six weeks. I will be off cold turkey on saturday for one week. I also am very cold. Found one white round pill 20 on one side and blank on the other ## Hi marie, From what I've researched, a manufacturer by the name of Accord Healthcare reportedly makes a round white pill with "20" on one side and a score line on the other (but no additional numbers). This particular pill contains 20mg of Escitalopram, used for treating depression and anxiety disorders. I know you mentioned that the opposite side of the pill was blank, but if you're just referring to there being no other numbers, I'd question whether a score line is still a possibility?
