HI, I AM USING NEXITO 10 MG FROM LAST 8 MONTHS. I AM TAKING IT AT BED TIME, BUT DUE TO USING OF WINE I VERY OFTEN MISSED OUT. I AM FEELING THAT MY SEX POWER IS DECREASING. PLEASE TELL ME WHETHER I COULD TAKE IT IN DAY OR NOT. ## Nexito contains the active ingredient Escitalopram, it is an antidepressant. Yes, you can take it during the day, however, one of its side effects is drowsiness, so you may feel that more, if you take it during your waking hours. However, the affect on your libido is really not going to change, even if you take it during a different time of day. That is a common side effect of these medications. Have you spoken to your doctor about it, yet? You may need a dosage adjustment or to try a different medication.

i had been taking nexito10 iregularly last 9 year.my usage are half or quarter portion of the tablet.i have no idea how can i stop this usage. can you help me ? ## Nexito contains the active ingredient Escitalopram, this is an SSRI antidepressant. Are you taking them by prescription and under a doctors care? These types of antidepressants can be very hard to stop taking, because since they do alter your brain chemicals, they can cause withdrawal effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, irritability and dizziness. To stop their use normally requires a very slow, medically supervised taper and this site is not medical professionals.
