Have you asked your doctor about your treatment options?

I have faced two Ischaemic stroke in one month, MRA shows Rt ICA stenosis
one doctor prescribed DSA test with probability of Rt ICA dissection immediately with medicines deplatt-a, fibator, thyronorm, folite tablets.
While another one prescribes one month medicine migranex Preva-AS 75,Rejunex OD,Pan 40, Atorlip F and says lets wait for one month. there is no possibility of stent.

I just want to know which of the above prescription I should follow and why.

Stroke is caused due to high blood pressure and damaging of nerves size of hair follicles in brain the bleeding then results which the body eventually stops as clots. Citicolene is a naturally occurring compound that can stop clot formation but has to be given within 12hrs of stroke start. U will also need blood thinners and cholesterol lowering drugs. Statins and ecospirin are mainly adviced but u can also take Niacin NF nicotinic acid or inositol hexanicotinate which is a natural vitamin having a triple effect 1. Clears triglycerides blockages in arteries 2. Reduce LDL 3. Increases good cholesterol HDL.
