Ethex 213 Blue Oblong

I have a blue oblong pill with ETHEX 213 on it. Can someone help identify it?

This is Guaifenex RX DM Extended Release, 30mgs of Dextromethorphan, 600mgs of Guaifensin, and 60mgs of Pseudophedrine. This is a decongestant and expectorant, a cold remedy. (NDC 58177-0213).
