UpdatedI have been using Espiride for 5 days now to help me with my breastmilk. I breastfed my for six weeks, but two months ago I stopped, to my regret. Now I want to try again. I have little milk, how long will it take before I have enough milk again? I use the breastpump 3/4 times a day and I'm going to try and let my baby latch and breastfeed again, hope it works!
