Drug Test - Honest Answer Needed

Will I pass a drug test 80 hours after taking heroin?? Need to know ASAP!, if I drink plenty of water, obviously I don't want my pee lookin clear so if I took vitamin b12,how many wud I need to take??, equally I dont wnt pee lookin bright orange either?
