Doxytet Side Effect

My daughter has an problem with pimples when she menstuates. She has been using pharmatet and it worked. How does it differ from doxytet and can she use doxytet for the same purpose?

Are you sure you have the right name?

The only thing I can find under Pharma-Tet is a tetanus toxoid.

However, Doxytet contains Doxytetracycline, which is an antibiotic and yes, it can also be used successfully to treat acne.
