Diprospan Hypak Inj.

Can I have one Diprospan hypak inj. while I have the flu (runny nose, lots of cough and a little bit of breathing difficulty)? I am taking Klaricid OD, one capsule every 12 hours as an antibiotic. I cannot have sulfa or penicillin because I am allergic, that is why I have to take other kinds of antibiotics. Could I have a prompt answer because the person that inj's. me can only come today. Thank you
