Diclofenaco + Tiamina + Pyridoxina + Cianocobalamina From Mexico

I purchased these pills in Mexico. What exactly are they? I was told just harmless b vitamins but someone told me there is a pain medicine included. Is this medication or vitamins FDA approved and are there any side affects? I also was not told how many to take a day or if it is ok to drink alcohol. My wife is concerned. I have chronic back problems and sometimes can hardly move. I have been diagnosed with degenerative back issues an I am 51 years old.

Diclofenaco is Diclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's available only by prescription in the U.S. It may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.

No, on the alcohol, because both it and the Diclofenac can have an effect on your liver and compounding that could cause dangerous liver damage or failure.

As to how many to take, what is the dosage? You didn't include this information.
