Diclofenac And Paracetamol?
UpdatedI have severe pain from a fracture in my vertebrae. I am currently taking diclofex 75mg SR(prolonged release diclofenac sodium tablets) twice a day but it's just not doing the job and my pain is still bad most of the time. Can I take paracetamol or another pain relief med once a day as well?
