Deplatt A 75mg With Repace 25mg

I AM AGE 60 / MALE; AND FOR THE LAST 25 YEARS I HAVE BEEN A DIABETIC TYPE 2, UNDERGOING BYPASS SURGERY IN 2013. THE MEDICINES I AM PRESCRIBED ARE:

Glucored forte
Glucobay 50
Nerveup forte
Deplatt A 75
Rosuvas F10
Betalac 25 mg
Stressnil 0.50
Mixtard 50/50
Huminsulin 30/70
Novanorm 1 mg

Previously I used to consult a doctor at Apollo Hospital Chennai. Now I am coming under Central Government Health scheme CGHS. The CGHS Doctor prescribes Repace 25 mg and STARPRESS XL. Please inform me whether Deplatt A 75 and Repace 25 mg are one and the same or different? I know STARPRESS XL and Betalac are one and the same. Do I have to take Deplatt A along with Repace 25 mg?

Deplatt A contains Clopidogrel and Aspirin, it is used to help prevent blood clots. The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and easy bruising.

However, Repace contains the active ingredient Losartan, it is used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.

Thus, they are both used to treat different issues.
