Dui On Methadone. Scary For Us All
UpdatedWas pulled over by police in MI and they saw my take home lock box. Asked me what was in it and I told them about being a patient at the clinic and it was my take home. I was ordered out of the vehicle and made to do all the roadside sobriety tests, which I passed. I was cuffed and taken to the hospital for a blood draw, my truck was impounded, license plate and drivers license destroyed and lodged in the county jail overnight. My blood I know came up clean which is why they turned me into the Sec of State saying I have health issues that make it so I can't drive. This was over 3 months ago and they still have it in computer that I cannot get a license plate for my vehicle. Working single dad can't afford legal help this has already cost me a lot. Any help would be appreciated.
