Watson Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 800mgs of Sulfamethoxazole and 160mgs of Trimethoprim. It is an antibiotic that is used to treat, or prevent infections. It's a generic for Bactrim.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and non-allergic skin rash.
