. Ilike the result sana tatangkad pa ako para maging center bilang bsktball player::)))))

Hi I'm tin female and 15yrs old
Matagal na din ako nagtatake ng cherifer Simula nung bata pko nagtatake nko ng syrup then until now nagtatake pa din ako pero I feel Hindi um effect
So can I have some tips or advice para for sure effective
I just want to be stewardess :)

Good Day, regarding dito sa Cherifer PGM, i think its effective, sa mother side ko kasi lahi na nila hnd matatangkad pero sa father ko naman nasa lahi na nila ang matatangkad, i have 5 older brother ung dalawa sa mga kuya ko matatangkad tlga ung isa nmn hnd pero ung isang kuya ko since highschool pa sia gumagamit na umiinum siya ng Cherifer hnd kasi sia noon katangkaran pero napapansin nmn na tumatangkad sia at nalalagpasan pa nia ung papa namen he is 21 years old, at sumusunod nadin sknia ung younger brother ko na nag ttake din ng cherifer na ngeun mas matangkad na saakin, i am 5'1 at 19 gusto kung tumangkad kasi naiiggit ako sknila mana kasi sa lahi ng mama ko, nag sisisi ako kasi kahit alam kung effective hnd pdin ako nag ttake, kaya now im gonna start taking it kasi mukhang ung sister ko mas tatangkad pa kesa saakin :) :)

Hello. Im starting to take cherifer na. My dad's tall and my mom's not. So Im afraid baka makuha ko ang height ko from my mom. Sa tingin nyo ba effective pa to sakin? Kasi parang Im so old na for this. Im 16 years old. 5'2 height ko. Ilang months akong magtetake nito para tumangkad atleast 3 inches? Morning and evening ba? Or once a day lang? Please comment. I really really need advice na kasi. Thanks xx

Hindi tayo pare-pareho. Pwedeng yung iba mag-karoon ng increase sa height. While yung iba ganun pa rin. Pero look at the brighter side. If ever na nag-tatake ka ng Cherifer like me. Isipin mo yung ibang benefits na narereceive ng body mo.

I'm 23 years old na. Nag take ako ng cherifer before nung 20 years old ako kaso parang walang effect kaya huminto ako. Ngaun balak ko ulit mag take. Umiinom ako ng gatas pag gabi and then sinasabayan ko ng stretching sa umaga at gabi. 5 feet 5 inches lang kasi ung height ko at maraming nag sasabi na maliit ako. May effect pa ba pag nag take ako ng cherifer 10 - 22 pgm? Kailangan ko po ng sagot. Thank you!

Hello, I just wanna ask if effective ba tlaga ung cherifer pgm 'coz I wanna gain height. I'm a girl, running 19 and I'm only 4"11 tall.. I'm tired of wearing wedges and stilettos in order to look taller than my actual height..I wanna wear flat footwear.. Can cherifer help me?

Hey guys iam 14 years old my height is 5'10 hindi ko alam bakit ganun ako katangkad pero very thankful ako kay God dahil may plano sya kung bakit ganun ako kalaki at gusto ko pang tumangkad kahit 6'5-6'9 nawa ang height ko dahil gusto ko kasi maging basketball player pero iinum ako ng cherifer pgm para lalo akong lumaki haha.
