Any. You can use Dairy or Cow's Milk, Powdered or Goat's milk. Must be a legit "Milk"

I'm 16 and my height is 5'7, i'm still growing but I want to be at a height of at least 5'11 or 6 flat. can I still grow taller with this supplement? If so how many capsules will I take daily? Btw basketball player here.

Hi guys balak ko po gumamit ng cherifer pgm 10-22 i'm 15 turning 16 na sa july but my height is only 5'2 and i'm a boy is this drug really effective increasing height??

Effective naman siya kung masipag kang uminom,once a day lang ang pag inom. Pero best siya inumin sa umaga dahil sa energy na binibigay neto, pero pwede din sa gabi kung gusto mo. Wag kang iinom ng cherifer pgm pagkatapos mo kumain dahil pwede kang makaramdam ng hilo o pagsusuka. Inumin mo ang cherifer pgm bago ka kumain o kaya mag wait ka ng mga 30 mins. or one hour pagkatapos kumain tiyaka mo siya inumin

Hi effective ba talaga ang cherifer kc 16 years old na ko na pag iiwanan ako ng mga kaibigan ko :( yung height ko parang pang grade 4 huhuhu? iinom ako nxt week sana effective nga yang cherifer?

Hey gsto kong tumangkad effective ba ang cherifer? kc 16 na ko 4th year na pero ag height ko pang grade 4 nakakaiyak na pag iiwanan ako napakakapag taka kc matangkad naman sila mama at papa pati narin kuya ko pero bket ako ang liit ko iinom sana ako ng cherifer effective ba pag uminom ako ?

Scientifically, ur dads genes are the ones that determines ur height, while ur moms genes determine ur weight.
It's either it's a rare trait or ur just a late bloomer.

gusto kong itry ung calcium x kaso 2500 for 2 months ung bottle. sa cherifer kasi tumaba ako. btw im 23 na 4'11" unfortunately hehe any suggestions?
