Im, 13 years old my height is 5 flat and my mom and dad bought me Cherifer PGM 10-22 Last Night ... sana maging effective yun kasi gusto ko maging 5'7 or 5'8 eh .. ang alam ko kapag gabi magandang inumin yun kasabay ng milk tapos daw you should sleep on a thin pillow only or better walang unan ... hay.. sana lang mag effect kasi i will be in tv and i have to be tall para maganda sa TV .. :) kapag nag effect to mag vovolunteer ako maging model nito :)))

The comments were pretty convincing. I really wanted to gain height because I am the shortest in the family and my cousins laugh at me because of my height, 4"11. My mom is matangkad naman even my Dad and Kuya while I stayed like this and it really made me deppressed kasi pakiramdam ko napag-iwanan ako ng panahon, I hope the other comments are real. Anong type ng CPGM po ba yung binili niyo? Yung capsules 10-22 yrs old or yung with zinc?

effective yan, ang gawin nyo ilagay nyo ung laman ng capsule sa maligamgam na tubig ,haluin nyo then inumin nyo, para walang masayang.. mas maganda siya inumin pag gabi
