Celestamine F Side Effects

I'm trying to find out the side effects of Celestamine F before taking my first dose. Is there anything i should expect or worry about? Of course i read the information that came with the script but I'm more interested in feedback from anyone else who has taken it?

I was taking the cream, and for me personally i was dealing with some burning for the first few days and then it kind of got easier. If your doc says your Ok to take it then i'd do it and then tell them if you start dealing with some unbearable burning or itching.

Hi Mark - what Rachel said sounds in line with what possible side effects are. Celestamine F contains the active ingredient Betamethasone which is a glucocorticoid steroid with anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive properties. It is applied as a topical cream, ointment, foam, lotion or gel to treat itching. [1]

"Betamethasone may cause side effects. Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away:

- drying or cracking of the skin
- acne
- itching
- burning
- change in skin color

If you experience any of the following symptoms, call your doctor immediately:

- severe skin rash
- difficulty breathing or swallowing
- wheezing
- skin infection (redness, swelling, or oozing pus)" [2]
