Trying to identify a white capsule with two rings and SG 158. I can't really tell if the rings are orange or yellow. ## They are meant to be yellow/gold, this is a 200mg Celecoxib tablet, a generic for Celebrex, it is used to pain, and inflammation. NDC: 50228-0158 The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. My doctor perscribe Celecoxib. An anti inflamatory. A 30 day perscription. With 3 refills. I have a torn meniscus in my knee and sciatic nerve pain lower back. Lot of pain. I feel its gotten better I took for a week. But it makes me very very nauseous If swelling is down. Is it necessary to keep taking anyway? ## Hello, Catherine! How are you? Can you tell me what this pill is? ## Hello, Sun! How are you? From what I can find, it seems this capsule contains 200mgs of Celecoxib, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that used to treat pain, fever and swelling. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. Can anyone confirm this?

Lecox is list as containing the active ingredient Celecoxib, so that would be the generic name and the brand name is Celebrex. My child had a capsul. It is regular size, Outside is white with a narrow yellow band around the center of each capsul half. Each yellow band has a nymber. One end says 7767, the other end days 200.
