Can One Fall Pregnant When Taking Primolut N 10mg

I'm a young lady in my 20's and had two miscarriages. Was diagnosed with fibroid then I took the inj. for contraception for three months, then after that my menstrual cycle wasn't stable. So I went to see my doctor who prescribed me Primolut N 10mg for 28 days 2 twice a day and now I'm always feeling weak and sometimes have a headache and I'm having heart burn. Is this normal? And can one fall pregnant when on this medication? Thank you.

Primolut N lists the following as side effects:

- Hypersensitivity reactions
- Headache
- Migraine
- Dizziness
- Depression aggravated
- Nausea
- Visual disturbances
- Dyspnoea
- Abdominal pain
- Cholestasis
- Jaundice
- Urticaria Rash
- Uterine/ Vaginal bleeding including Spotting*
- Amenorrhoea
- Oedema

Primolut N can be used to postpone menstruation but it does not state anywhere on the manufacturer's website that Primolut N is a contraceptive. In fact the manufacturer recommends that only people who are not at risk of pregnancy use this medication and should you become pregnant they warn you to immediately stop taking Primolut N.
