Can they tell the difference between Vyvanse and Adderall through a UDS (urine drug screen) IN THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE or is that something that they would have to send away for? I'm aware that they CAN tell the difference between the two, but can they tell the difference between them with a test that they can do right in my doctor's office or do they have to do a special test for it?

If I have been taking adderal and just got a prescription for vyvanse and I have a ya test for pain management will they be able to tell the difference between adderal and vyvanse on a drug screening that is sent to the lab

No they can't tell!! They both use amphetamine as their active ingredient!! I'm looking at both ingredients now!
