To answer your question, yes, this pill can be split in half since there is a score line on the pill. I have also seen 0.5 mg doses of this drug, so it would only make sense to me that this can be done.

Totally agree with David's reply. ANY tablet can be cut if it is scored. The score is an real indication of permission. Pill cutters brought from pharmacys can come in handy and give you a better chance of breaking it evenly if cutting on a regular bases.

The XR version of Xanax can't be split. Same goes for most coated pills
