Can Valium Test False Positive For Xanax?

I ran short on my oxycodone and my pain mananagement doctor won't refill me. I'm experiencing withdraws. The doctor's office won't see me until the 23rd. I left a message today asking to be seen early to discuss how to handle my withdraws. No phone call and it's not after hours.
I have some prescribed Valium but my dad also gave me a few 2mgs of Xanax. I've been drinking a ton of water, but I've been taking both of these benzos to help ease my REAL chronic pain and my anxiety during these withdraws.
If I have to take a urine or blood test, will it specifically show Xanax & Valium or will it just show up as benzos? I don't want to be kicked out. This is the first time they have left me high and dry to go cold turkey for 10 more days.

So sorry about the withdrawals. ALL MD will leave u high and dry.10 DAYS early in his mind is HUGE ( no judgement meant) i can almost promise u he Will never see u early & never increase meds MIDMONTH .GET HIM TO UP YOUR MEDS Next month b maybe say for breakthrough pain. & always remember if they fire u they have 2 continue care for 30 days from notification. X &V will show different & last 7-30 days sorry

I am on 2 valium 10mg a day and oxycodone 10mg and a whole lot of prescription meds. Why would my urine drug screening say I took xanax? I can't take those as they're too strong for me. My PCP put me on the Valium for Fibromyalgia. I just don't understand why it said xanax.
