Don't you just love doctors handwriting ? ;)

I think that the name of the drug in question is called Cetapred. It contains SULFACETAMIDE (sul-fa-SEE-ta-mide) and PREDNISOLONE (pred-NISS-oh-lone). You might want to call the doctor or the pharmacy and verify.

This medicine is an antibacterial and steroid combination used in the eye to treat infections and to relieve the redness, irritation, and discomfort associated with certain eye problems.

SIDE EFFECTS, that may go away during treatment, include burning, stinging, or blurred vision when you first put the medicine in your eye. If they continue or are bothersome, check with your doctor. CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you experience continued redness, burning, or itching; eye pain; or changes in vision. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist.

Was the word possibly Orapred?

If so, it contains Prednisolone, which is a steroid class medication that can be used to treat allergic reactions, and the inflammation of the lungs due to asthma.

Its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, easy bruising, acne, and insomnia.
