i have taken bystolic for 2 days and it made me feel like was having a heart attack can get right off are do still to go about slowly

No, you'd not have to wean off, if you only took it for 2 days, but if you're taking it for high blood pressure, then you need to contact your doctor to try a different medication. It isn't safe to let high blood pressure continue untreated, doing so creates the risk of heart attack, stroke and congestive heart failure.

I had an EKG done because of light chest pain and shortness of breath. My left arm would also hurt sometimes with a tingle in my last 2 fingers. It came back normal. They suggested possible pericarditis but dismissed saying systems weren't consistent. They not say it's anxiety attacks and put me on 0.25 alprazolam. I'm still having these systems. What should I do next? I'm wondering if it is my heart.
