50mg of Butalbital + 325 mg of Acetaminophen appears to be an average dose of this combination. The highest dose I have seen is 50mg of Butalbital + 750 mg of Acetaminophen. Below is dosage information I located based on the 50/325mg combination:

1 or 2 tablet(s), capsule(s), or tablespoonful(s) orally every 4 hours. Maximum daily dose: 6 doses.
