These can sometimes be hard to read, is the marking possibly an 81?

If so, it is a low dose, 81mg Aspirin tablet, which is an over the counter product.

It's a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and in this dosage is most commonly used as a blood thinner.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.

I'm sorry but i think the previous answers are wrong, I have a whole bottle of what your describing in my hand. They are generic Naproxen sodium tablets (Aleve) 220mg sold under the CVS brand.

The printing is actually i3, uppercase I and 3.

I've taken a photo of what I have here for reference.

Thank you for the photo and clarification. I found this pill in my pill case (I forgot what it was) I thought it was the number 13. All other descriptions did not match.

I agree with "johnboyee". His photo looks like the pills I have, and they are Naproxen that I got at 7-11 and lost the bottle to.

I agree with "johnboyee" - the round, blue pill with the #13 on it (the reverse side is un-scored) is a generic Naproxen Sodium pill.
