From what I'm finding, Nortenol contains the active ingredient Diltiazem.

So it seems that what you may have is a combination medication that contains both the Diltiazem and Atenolol. This is often done to help get better control of someone's blood pressure.

Thanks for replying, yes 10years ago I was prescribed with Propanolol at first and some years latter the doctor change it to Atenolol 100mg daily which has worked fine with me, but I came for visiting to the United States and brougth my pills but now I am planning to stay 2 weeks longer and beeing no way to buy the pills here one of my friends has Atenolol 50mg and can give me enough to cover my stay here. But I want to make sure I will be taking what I am prescribed back in El Salvador, the label on the ones I get at home reads"Atenolol 100mg Nor-tenol100mg" therefor my question, will I´ll be taking the rigth ones my friend is giving me? Thanks again
