Anxiety And Sleep Disturbance

Because of anxiety and disturbed sleep I have been prescribed Zolfresh of 10mg potency by my Doctor, a well-known Physician in Delhi. My Doctor is MD Medicine. I have been under his treatment for more than a decade. My doctor advises me very well and so far I don't have any serious medical problem except mild heart treatment of which I am also taken care of. Because of my advancing age (73 years) I have developed pain in my left feet. Please advice.
