I took some clindamycin about 5 hours ago on an empty stomach and got nauseous. I ate a very small amount of food and then drank some moringa tea. Is the two able to mixed? Hi? My name is Madie. I have burn marks in my both forearms since 5 yrs ago. I've been treating it ever since. I stopped using injection for prevention 2 months back and I haven't seen my periods since I stopped. A few days back I took Anaerobyl 400mg for a smelly discharge and vaginal rash. Can insomnia/trouble sleeping be caused from taking clindamycin (oral capsules 300 mg QID)? I have been on this medication for three days and I am experiencing the worst stomach pains. Has anyone else ever experience this? ## Stomach cramps is a side effect of this RX but its a less common side effect. I have a few stomach cramps but I find that it goes away if you snack on something before and right after you take it. It works for me when I have cramps. 3 days on a sulfur drug and I can't sleep and have difficulty urinating since taking it. I quit after 5 days, but it is still hard to sleep and I still have a problem urinating which were both ok before taking this drug. It was prescribed to cure a sore beneath my nose caused by pneumonia and excessive nose blowing, which was cured by a prescription ointment. ## What medication was it? I am going in for a uterus treatment and the doctor had me take a urine culture 7 days prior. Twice, the culture came back as positive and the doctor postponed the uterus treatment. I had no symptoms of the UTI. He then prescribed Nitrofurantoin 100mg once a day for a month prior to the next appointment for the procedure. Is this the right antibiotic for my situation?
