Can Teva 3109 (amoxicillin 500mgs) cure Trichomoniasis?

No, this is not the preferred antibiotic. The CDC lists two that are normally used to treat it, Metronidazole and Tinidazole.

The FDA lists their typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach pain and diarrhea.

Did you doctor prescribe Amoxicillin for you?

Yes he did. My symptoms have gotten worse and I'm seeing blood now when I wipe myself after using the bathroom. I feel nauseous and tired now.
