Altrax (supposedly Generic Alrazolam) By Ravian Life Sciences

I filled my prescription and received 90 Altrax marketed as Alprazolam 1mg manufactured by Ravian Life sciences. It was Marketed by Kelwin Healthcare. Pill is white, round, score on one side, blank on other. What is this? I took 1 without any affects and then another hour later - no feeling. Everywhere i look says its .25 Alprazolam or have seen different spellings of Altrex (e instead of a which indicated it was naloxone which is an opioid blocker). Any feedback or experiences?

I have received the exact same product, Alprax, by Ravian, and I do not feel any effect from it either. None of the information on the blister pack is legit - None of the company names, etc. The pill has almost no effect, and I think it is either a total fake, or something that may work on some people. It is hard to find real / good generic alprazolam these days.

I received same. Wrote a 'strong note to Ravian requesting they test the blister pack i have or at least provide me some guidance.

The response is worded that suggests the alprazolam is simply a stabling agent of whatever this 1mg pill is.

My email inquiry to which the receipt of this message was based 'Ravian Team' on Feb 25th:

I was recently on a lengthy stay attending to a very sick relative in Europe and had been scripted your generic Alprazolam (Xanax) 1mg tablets. These were labeled 'Altrax' 1mg on the packet. Although I see you do manufacturer generic Alprazolam, i had a question on strength and legitimacy.

Is this a different formula than alprazolam or anything else I should be concerned about? A local friend of my wife said that there are pharmacies that will sometimes, to save money, provide a substitute that may not even contain the active ingredient for my condition. I'm hesitant to take it before I hear back.

Any feedback/confirmation would be greatly appreciated.

While you mention ‘you can take if dr. has prescribed’, it does not in any way gain my (or others who’ve had the same experience) confidence that what I am taking is truly alprazolam treated for anxiety. I have been prescribed this in the past and have never heard or seen of this. You refer to it as the ‘stability agent’ which can mean it contains .005 mg of alprazolam or less. Are you able to tell me what amount of alprazolam is in this or what the actual pill is used for so I know whether or not to take it? It’s all I ask as risks of taking anything else are obvious.

Is it too much to ask for you to accommodate my request?

Please tell me what the next steps are in resolving this. I'd love nothing more than to have you do the right thing here. It would be nice to have faith that their are honest people who are willing to do what it takes to maintain their reputation.

Regardng Altrax, which I took with no effect, it Sounds like a total fake to me. That response from Ravian (thanks for posting that, BTW!) sounds like a bot of some sort. And further inquiries were not answered? Total red flag.

This med was made to be sold as Alprazolam, and it may satisfy some users via a placebo effect. Or, it may effect some people through the chemistry of whatever is actually in the pill. I spoke to my vendor, who replaced it with another drug, and they said that no other customers complained, and that all body chemistries are different.

This could be total lies. And it could be a total fake. I think it is a fake version of alprazolam, with the active ingredient substituted by some cheap chemical that may possibly mimic some effects of benzos.

Update: 3/2017. After running out of all my benzos, I was forced to try these Altrax pills (Not Alprax, sp) by Ravian Pharma. They actually did provide some relief from my anxiety and also gave other alprazolam effects. In all, I'd say they were close to the bottom of the the barrel, as I have a heavy tolerance, and it was not until my system was clear before these were effective at all. So, if you use a lot of xanax usually, these will not effect you much unless you detox for a while. Otherwise, it may have an effect.
