Sibutramine, which is commonly prescribed in the US under the brand name Meridia, is used to help with weight loss.

It is NOT recommended for use by those with Thyroid problems, however, only your doctor can really decide if a medication is safe for you to take.

Common side effects to this medication may include: nausea, insomnia, dizziness and menstrual cramping.

hello, im not obese but i cant lose the fat i have any way shape or form, ive had a low acting thyroid due to mono my natro path doctor put me on iodine and thyroid plus pills and i have recently picked up sibutramina clorhidrato monohidrato and im going to try it, is this a bad idea, do you know of a different wieght loss pill that will boost my metabolism in a heathier way, also im not in the country and i just want to know if this drug is safe due to the fact of little or no medical care where i am thank you
