I'm not quite sure if I understand the nature of your question correctly, but I did come across a study of information stating that, "olanzapine was an effective antipsychotic in DIP, but in five of seven reports it caused worsening Parkinsonism in a substantial percentage of patients."

Olanzapine is primarily used to treat the symptoms of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. It works by changing the activity of certain natural substances in the brain.
