Adderall Manufactured By Teva Not Working (Page 17)

I have had two refills of Adderall 20 mg that was manufactured by Teva/barr (Teva) and it seems to have much less medication in each pill. Refills by another manufacturer work. This is ridiculous, and where do we report Teva and who can check each pill for amount for medication? I would gladly donate some of my worthless ones to the FDA?

I too recently took a week off from Adderall. Partly because I ran out early and partly because now in my 16th month on it, my tolerance is high.
I was borderline intolerable to friends and family, but what a difference 7 days without made. My 1st dose post holiday, was comparable to my first dose ever!
Full of confidence and spirit, my problem solving skills and multi tasking were off the chart good.
Plus I do admit I experienced a bit of the euphoria and I also admit that I liked it.
The point of this is that although it probably will be tough the days without, stick it out, let the body and mind refresh and reboot and experience again how exceptional this medication is when taken properly and responsibly.

Glad you concurred with the holiday experiment...yes, rejuvenate the body and mind by total cleansing of the Addy....when you start up again your ready to tackle our complex lives! Oh, and a nice 1mg Sandoz alprazolam at the end of the day..??

I just picked up the pink Core 20mg. For me i feel ok, no jitters and i'm completely alert to everyhting. There is mixed feelings about the Teva why so many different opinions? The pink Core work fine for me.

Agreeed but Sandoz it's hard to find. After my local Costco stopped carrying it found another Costco pharmacy 30 minutes away that carried Sandoz. 6 months later they brought in the worst generic possible Mallinkroth

I had the worst adverse reaction to their 20mg ir over a yr ago. I felt as though someone was stabbing me in the back and pulling my muscles tight. I waited 2 days and tried it again... Same thing. NO Aurobindo/ Aurolife.

Do you know when corepharma switched from tweeky pills to the best adderall ir around...Teva was the standard...Sandoz/eon was known as the "Holy grail", now both are complete s***...I got a partial script of corepharma 30's and 20 of the 60 pillls I would get were lighter, then the other 40 are a brand new bottle and totally smooth...Really wish I never mixed the bottles, damn ocd, cuz if you remember the old corepharmas were methamphetamine bombs basically until late 2016. I'm guessing I got 20 pills from 2015 and 40 from this year...The difference is so big im considering having it analyzed....Scary stuff. Oh and f*** aurolife, they're trash, mylan is trash and sandoz adderall supposedly is trash... Teva brand name dp 30 pills are decent but the cor 136 is the premiere brand. It should be the aa te generic ndc authorized but who am I to say..Just an obsessed guy with his meds. Be your own advocate...Count the pills there with them, make sure the generic is what you ordered...Once you leave your f***ed if you dont have the right one....Usually for my xanax 2mg I hit up cvs and for 30 mg adderall I hit up ralphs. But that just started....It took 1 to 2 hrs to find a place to tell me on the phone that they carried core...It's a b**** but when your peaking on the pink beauties you'll feel satisfied.. I waited a week to ensure the kind... F*** you teva for your adderall is sugar and your seroquel is s***... Teva generics page is so nice.... I wonder about their r039 yellow alprazolam, anyone?

About 3 months ago I was given a script for 60 pills, 15 mg each. The ones I filled were teva from walgreens and they worked wonders for me. As it turns out this medicine is priced per pill rather than by dose so to save me some money my dr. recommended I get 30 pills 30mg each and break those in half since I take 15 mg twice a day. The same day I received the new 30 mg they did not work, they did something because I didn't have the withdrawal symptoms as I would normally have when skipping a dose, but no mental benefits whatsoever. Besides making me jittery they also gave me retinal migraines (twice in a week). About halfway thru the script I spoke to my dr. about a possible solution and he wrote me another script, this time I took it to cvs since walgreens wouldn't give me another before I finished the one I bought from them two weeks prior. The pills from cvs were mylan (round, pink and hard). Day one on the new med I felt a slight improvement but nowhere near the potency I felt from teva I had a month before. Out of the whole script I only had two days where I actually felt any benefits. The other 28 days were either in brain fog or what seemed like the pills actually made me sleepy. After finishing the script I went back to my dr. and although hesitant I got the script for the 60 pills 15 mg each like I was taking before, and just like the past 2 months there was no benefit which led me to believe that maybe it was me after all and I've just built up a tolerance. Until, one of my friends (someone that's not on any meds and doesn't take adderall) took 2 and they didn't do anything to him. And here I am, looking thru forums and the www.

Has anyone tried Actavis Adderall? Are they better then teva brand because i fist was getting teva brand at Wal-Mart then today i ho to get my script filled and it was a different manufacturer. Is Actavis junk?

What do the pills say on them? Recently actavis was sold to teva and their generics all belong to teva even if the bottle says actavis... I'm just wondering if you are feeling good from them because just recently they released their replacement for their half moon pills that were recalled.

My best idea is that Teva crunched and repressed the Actavis left overs..now if there are little red dots you will know this is that garbage..

Has Teva changed their formula? The 30 mg pills are flater, bigger and they seem much smoother than Core and markedly more potent? Crazy how these generic meds are all over the place!

thing is...except for brand teva and corepharma...your gonna get sub par meds...auro is crap, teva is sugarcrap, sandoz is like that ghost of summer's past...you know he exists but for your life can't find him anywhere....beyond that...sun has a yellow 30mg that i hear sux...so call your pharmacies, don't worry about 20percent plus/minus worry that your pills will make you functional and that they are pink if you get orange, tell them no, and get your paper script back call around trust me

I hope my comment helps at least 1 person. I've been prescribed adderall for over 2 years now, everyday taken it. I've been through this before, have done EXTENSIVE research on the topic. Generics affect people differently because the fillers & binders react different to everyone's body. I couldn't figure out why no info was consistent anywhere, i'm talking days upon days of research. I've tried them all, AuroBindo was ok, no kick/energy, without question the worst to me was Teva orange footballs 30mg when i somehow got those and some reviews on the internet said they were "the best ones" so I gave it a shot; thee worst month of my 2 years on adderall, no doubt about it (this was 11/2016). Instantly i felt withdrawals, like i became ill, i knew right away something was very wrong. And since it's all about money, pharm tech, dr's don't give a flying crap, just your money. These companies are in India & foreign countries so certain fillers & binders have negative effects on people. Simply adjust the brand. I give no craps i will not go threw that again. If the pharm tech doesn't like my request for a certain brand, i'll go elsewhere..period. As adderall patients, we have rights that are being fringed upon. Reports to FDA? HA! Great joke, no F's given. All about $. I only get pinks now tho, as i react best to them. Smile folks, it's another good day!

I also notice the same ,i take two 20mg daily for a year and i notice tjat teva pharma, is not as syrong as before. But at least i have no side effects as bad as before. And is not tolerance. The meds are weak

Me too. It sucks. I filled IR and it was no good. Waited a month for new script and tried XR. Two doc visits and two scripts $400. Neither worked. I even used two different pharmacies. I informed Walmart and CVS but they could care less. They got my money and I got meds that don't work. I'll be ready for the legal action against teva. You can't treat people this way without consequences. Walmart and CVS and 80% of pharmacies in my area use the same distributor and it's all teva according to CVS. You can't find out who uses a different brand because it's controlled and pharmacies won't tell you over the phone. Pathetic.

Its the same thing here, except CVS uses mylan, which is worse than teva. I recently been talking to my dr. about this and he wrote me a script for brand name adderall, I figured if I have to pay to feel normal than be it. It was one of the worst decisions I made regarding adderall. The teva brand actually does something since I can work long hours (contractor) and not feel like a zombie when I come home, but the brand name (which is also mfg by teva btw) didnt do anything, all day at work I was a walking disaster, like an imbecile, didnt get any work done.

The pink generic by corepharma is by far the best. They truly helped my add, The problem is that they are no longer manufacturing the generic adderall as of may 1, 2017. Never get the generic by aurolife or aurobindo they are terrible.
