Paul is correct. This tablet is manufactured by Otsuka American Pharmaceuticals and they list it as being a 10mg Abilify tablet, it contains the active ingredient Aripiprazole, and is used to treat various mental health issues, such as bipolar disorder.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, sedation, and depression.
